The Marble Caves in Chico Chile, Chile
The Marble Caves are located in Lake Buenos Aires by Chico Chile, Chile. This wonder of a creation was made from over half a decade of ocean water wearing down the calcium carbonate which created caverns and tunnels. The water level and time of year changes the blue hue of the water. To visit this natural phenomenon there are 30 minute tours that are run locally weather permitting.

The Andes Mountains
The Andes Mountains are located on the western side of South America. It is known for being the world's longest mountain range, and has over 5,500 miles of massive amounts of peaks and active volcanoes higher than 20,000 feet. You can see the Andes Mountains from the city of Santiago, Chile. The highest peak is located in between Chile and Argentina, Cerro Aconcagua is 22,826 feet high. The Andes contain three regions: northern, central, and southern. In the northern part of the mountains, it is warmer, the central part is cooler, and the southern most area is the coldest.

Easter Island, Chile
Rapa Nui is located 2,300 miles from Chile’s west coast. The Dutch gave Rapa Nui its modern name of Easter Island in honor of their arrival in 1722. It became part of Chile in 1888 and is only used for touring over 900 massive statues that were constructed many centuries ago. There are many theories of the purpose of the statues on the island.
Fantasilandia
Fantasilandia, which translates to "The Land of Fantasy", is an amusement park that opened in 1978 and is located in the second biggest park, Parque O'Higgens, in the center of Santiago, Chile. They will be celebrating their 40 year anniversary in 2018. Fantasilandia provides families with the joy and memories that last a lifetime. There are all kinds of different rides and games to keep you going back to visit and spending the whole day to go through the park.
Bodies of Water
Chilean Sea
Chile has the Pacific Ocean border the western side of their country. This feature can be looked at as a negative and a positive. On the bright side, there are many beautiful beaches and resorts to visit while in Chile, but if you have a permanent home in Chile, then the downsides are earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and debris everywhere.
Sea of Chiloé
The Sea of Chiloe is a body of water that is between Chiloe Island and Chile. It is connected to the Pacific Ocean by the Gulf of Corcovado and is separated from the mainland by the Chacao Channel in the north. Chiloé is known for their potatoes, folklore, mythology, foods and architecture.
Major Cities
The City of Santiago, Chile
This is the Costanera Center is located in Santiago, Chile right next to the Andes Mountains. It has a six floor shopping mall, two office buildings, and a hotel. Construction began in 2007, it was halted in 2008 when there was an economic crisis, through hard work and dedication, the Costanera Center was built and is currently enjoyed by many visiting and residential Chileans.
Viña del Mar
The Viña del Mar, located 2 1/2 hours Northwest of Santiago, Chile, is one of the most popular coastal towns overlooking the Pacific ocean and on a clear day, the Andes mountains can be seen.
